About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at St Pauls Care Centre in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to infection control guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred care to residents
  • Supporting the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures
  • Ensuring residents have access to medical, social, and other care workers as required
  • Adhering to infection control policies and procedures

About You

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with:

  • A recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic
