About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
  • Ensure residents have access to necessary medical, social, and other care services.
  • Maintain knowledge of infection control policies and procedures, adhering to Department of Health and company guidelines.
  • Work in accordance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
