Job Opportunity: Locum In-Patient/Community RGN Nurses (Band 6)

We are seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality nursing care in in-patient and community settings within the Liverpool area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in in-patient wards and community settings.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop comprehensive care plans, and implement effective treatment interventions.
  • Administer medications accurately and ensure precise clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in discharge planning and liaise with other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth patient care transitions.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
  • Previous experience in an in-patient or community nursing environment.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different clinical environments.
