Join Our Team as a Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at SpaMedica, the UK's largest provider of NHS cataract surgery. As a Registered General Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing scrub/ODP assistance and experience for clinical procedures, assisting the consultant and clinical team in the delivery of all ophthalmic care, managing theatre equipment daily, and adhering to the principles of clinical governance and NMC or HCPC guidelines.

What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £31,589-£38,083, depending on ophthalmology experience
  • A 4-day workweek with shifts from 7:30am to 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays, with overtime available as needed
  • 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing with length of service
  • A bonus scheme with potential earnings of up to 5% individual performance-related bonus and 5% hospital/company-related bonus
