Human Capital Strategist

As a Senior Manager, Organisation and Talent Planning for Danaher Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting core talent management activities. This includes engagement, performance management, and advancing our talent pipeline.

1. Champion Engagement Initiatives: Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive associate survey and engagement strategy. Lead a dedicated team of engagement champions to utilize survey results effectively, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive positive business outcomes.
2. Performance Management Optimisation: Collaborate with business and HR teams to ensure seamless execution of annual performance management processes. Provide guidance and training to support the development of high-performing teams.
3. Strategic Talent Development: Act as a strategic partner in critical activities aimed at pipeline growth, succession planning, and the targeted development of talent across the organization.

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline with demonstrated experience in a medium to large organisation.
2. Proven experience in managing engagement-related activities in a complex, cross-functional environment.
3. Strong ability to coach and facilitate discussion with global leaders both virtually and in-person.
4. Adaptable and agile in fast-paced settings, responsive to changing business and stakeholder demands.
5. Strong data analysis and evaluation skills for informed decision-making.
6. Positive mindset with a passion for advancing and improving our foundational HR processes and talent framework.
