**About the Role**

Reed is seeking an ambitious graduate to join our team as a Business Development Graduate. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career with a global company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in a comprehensive 2 to 3-month training program to gain a strong technical understanding of our products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to pitch and demonstrate our products to clients, applying the knowledge gained from the training.
  • Manage your own territory after training, actively selling our products and services.
  • Engage in regular customer visits to provide solutions and add value to their business, spending 3 days a week in the field.
  • Dedicate 2 days a week in the office for lead generation, follow-ups, scheduling new business opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Engage in continuous training and development opportunities, with the potential for career advancement through our 100% promote-from-within policy.

**Requirements**

  • Degree-educated in any discipline.
  • A winning mentality and a drive for success.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK by the start date.
  • A full driving license, valid in the UK.
