Job Title: Care Assistant - Complex Care

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users with complex needs
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a complex care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
