Job Title: Quality Leader

Location: Barrow – In – Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £45,628 + dependant on experience

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to oversee all aspects of quality communications and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a Quality Communications and Engagement strategy to manage a diverse range of messaging and Quality audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Quality Communications and Engagement strategy to manage a diverse range of messaging and Quality audiences.
  • Identify opportunities for engagement with a range of stakeholders at local and group level, including Quality Council, STEM, Quality Community projects and events.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing communication for the Quality function.
  • Host Quality events and develop a strategy to introduce automated systems to manage all aspects of Quality communication and engagement.
  • Manage a team of people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of quality communications and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in developing and delivering strategy within teams and functions.
  • Excellent people and communication management capabilities.
  • Experience of Event Management and presenting.

Desirable Skills:

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience of Quality or similar experience of functions such as Project Management.
  • Appreciation of systems, technology and data management.
  • Project Management Qualification.
