About the Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the management and expansion of a talented group of engineers dedicated to creating a premier range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Manage the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, standards, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a mechanical engineering context.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development, particularly in consumer-oriented sectors.
  • Expertise in mechanical systems, manufacturing methodologies, and engineering software.
  • Proficiency in CAD design tools (2D/3D) such as CREO and SolidWorks, along with mechanical simulation tools like ANSYS.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
  • Adept at thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to provide constructive feedback.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to research and implement effective solutions.
