About the Role

As the EMEA Financial Controller, you will report to the EMEA FD and manage a team, helping the business to scale in a project-focused Financial Controller position.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ownership of monthly and yearly reporting, including delivery of board packs
  2. Liaison with the board and presentation of financials on a monthly basis
  3. Strategic process implementation and development of commercial finance strategy
  4. Management and ongoing development of the finance team
  5. Recruitment of top talent
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or related sectors. Ideally, you will have staff management experience and have partnered with operational budget holders on project development.
