About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luggage Porter to join our team at The Park Tower Hotel Knightsbridge. As a key member of our Concierge and Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage transportation, storage, and retrieval, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, demonstrating your ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Perform other duties as required, including opening doors, assisting with vehicle loading and unloading, and providing directions to guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Luggage Porter or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
