  • Understand high level operational processes, stakeholders, purpose and turnaround
  • Identify challenges i.e. manual, repetitive, time-consuming tasks etc
  • Document all requirements and background information
  • Identify and formulate possible solutions in CW1 e.g. workflow, tags/tasks, VB, acceptability band, reports, milestones and customs fields etc
  • Evaluate pros and cons of each scenarios and compatibility with existing constraints
  • Communicate, share business needs with relevant stakeholders and jointly discuss potential solutions based on priorities and objectives
  • Ability to explain in simple terms current process, outcomes and current challenges
  • Bring different departments/experts together to find the most suitable solutions. Ability to explain each potential solution to non-IT driven operators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of operational processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
  • Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Requirements:

  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of CW1 and all of its modules
  • Certification: Cargowise Certified Professional (CCP)
  • Personal Qualities: Professional, flexible, and personable approach to users
