The Role
We are seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and driving business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be accountable for all aspects of the business, including financial management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong track record of leadership and business acumen

- Strong financial management skills, with experience of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
