Required Qualifications

  • Current NMC registration without restrictions or conditions
  • Experience in surgical scrubbing within orthopaedics, including procedures such as hip and knee arthroplasties and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently
  • A flexible and positive approach to work
  • A compassionate, considerate, and empathetic demeanor
