Job Overview

Health Your Way is seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Worker Specialist to join our team. As a Complex Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to a client with complex needs, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care plan.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the client, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of the client's care and progress, reporting any concerns or issues to the management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of care experience in the UK.
  • Full and clean driving license, with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour (day rate) and £13.50 per hour (night rate), with an enhanced bank holiday rate of £18.75 per hour.
  • Pension scheme (if eligible).
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave per year (pro rata).
  • Full certificated training on all aspects of the role, completed in the workplace.
