  • Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver exceptional student experiences.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience of managing people and teams in an education setting.
  • Experience of managing a curriculum specialism and developing curriculum programs.
  • Demonstrable success in previous roles, with a track record of achieving targets and improving performance.
  • Detailed knowledge of quality processes in an education setting, including observation and staff performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and industry partners.
