As a Security Officer with Samsic UK, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage all systems within the security control base, ensuring seamless operations
  • Conduct regular site patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Produce accurate reports as needed, providing valuable insights to our clients
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and our Contract Manager, ensuring effective communication
  • Represent Samsic UK and our clients in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a pleasant and approachable demeanor
  • Strong customer care skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and procedures
  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use security systems and software
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to follow instructions and prepare reports
  • Good observation skills, with the ability to identify potential security risks
Essential Criteria:
  • Current SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
  • Unrestricted right to work full-time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Five-year checkable history, with a HMRC 3 Year Work History record available upon request
