Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Contracts IT Recruitment Consulting Ltd. As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting brand change activities across our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver project data requirements for brand change solutions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage the product life cycle, including creating, developing, and updating product codes, to ensure seamless product introductions.
  • Create new material and liquid specifications and manage product obsolescence to maintain data accuracy.
  • Handle shared inbox requests for product and site data on a rotational basis, providing excellent customer service.
  • Generate new barcodes for new product introductions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in data management or related roles, with a strong understanding of data governance principles.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP ECC & PLM is preferred but not essential, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
