About the Role: We are currently seeking a Data Controller to join our a large beverage manufacturing company within their technical function. Reporting to the Data Control and Development Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting brand change activities by ensuring the accurate creation, development, and maintenance of product data. This includes managing core product data, bill of material setups, and the creation of new packaging component and liquid specifications across various operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all new product introductions are delivered within project timelines to meet brand change KPI targets. Additionally, there will be opportunities for you to enhance your change management skills by supporting Improve and Transform initiatives within our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver project data requirements for small to large-scale brand change solutions.
  • Proactively manage the product lifecycle by creating, developing, and amending product codes.
  • Obsolete products at the end of their lifecycles, ensuring updates across relevant business systems.
  • Manage shared inbox requests for product data and site data requests on a rotational basis.
  • Generate new barcodes for new product introductions as needed.

Key Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the importance of accurate data management.
  • The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ownership and accountability for project data.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC & PLM is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
