We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes and local communities.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely and independently. You will work closely with our customers, their families, and our team to provide personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes and local communities
  • Work closely with customers, their families, and our team to develop personalized care plans
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals
  • Monitor and report any changes in customer's condition or needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving licence and access to a car
  • Business insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
