We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our nurse-led care team in the Maldon & Chelmsford area. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to a 4-year-old male with Kleesstra Syndrome, a genetic development condition that requires specialized support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and medical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the client's family and our clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in caring for individuals with complex needs.
- Previous experience in care work, preferably with individuals with complex health conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A permanent contract with opportunities for career progression.
- Free uniform and PPE.
- Full clinical training and supervision provided by our Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Fully funded qualifications and career development opportunities.
