Territory Sales Executive - Modular Construction Solutions

Your New Employer

A well-established and financially stable producer of Modular Construction Solutions, specializing in projects ranging from single units to extensive multi-storey installations.

The company primarily functions as a Principal Contractor while also providing specialized modular solutions to Tier 1 Contractors.


The Role

You will be responsible for the M1 corridor and the East Midlands, promoting Modular Construction Solutions that comply with all building regulations.

Projects vary from £350k to £4m and typically serve sectors such as:
- Education
- Healthcare
- Leisure
- Office Spaces
- Industrial Facilities
You will engage with current clients and seek to develop new relationships, offering innovative and sustainable construction solutions.


About You

Ideally, you have experience selling Modular Construction Solutions or similar Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). Familiarity with conducting site assessments to propose tailored solutions will be a significant advantage.
