We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Support Officer to join our Adult Services Community Occupational Therapy Team in Central Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the best outcomes for individuals, promoting a supportive and innovative approach to care.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs and goals.
