We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing and social care services. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our nursing and social care strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to our nursing and social care services, ensuring excellence in patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our medical director, care group directors, and professional practice leadership team to ensure seamless integration of nursing and social care services.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with our system partners, stakeholders, and the local community to drive change and improvement.
  • Lead our safeguarding adults and children's services, clinical audit, and effectiveness and infection prevention and control.
