Job Description

Job Title: Luxury Showroom Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Leicestershire (occasional travel)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Showroom Manager to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a small sales team, welcoming customers to the showroom, and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of small sales team
  • Welcoming customers to the showroom and building relationships with clients
  • Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding after-sales service
  • Management of the showroom diary and appointments online
  • Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity

Person Specification:

  • Excellent customer service skills and outstanding time management and organization skills
  • The confidence to start up face-to-face conversations with customers in the showroom, being able to engage and be a brilliant communicator
  • Commercially minded and a proven ability to demonstrate driving sales
  • A background in design/interiors/creative industry
  • A team player - someone who is always happy to help, is not afraid to get their hands dirty, and has a genuine interest in meeting people
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • High-end retail experience desirable

What We Offer:

  • An annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000
  • Annual company benefits, including 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking
