Job Title: Clinical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the General/Gynae services in the theatre department, ensuring high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

As a Clinical Leader, you will be accountable for motivating and supervising a multidisciplinary team within theatres, and will be responsible for business planning and development, audits, clinical governance, infection prevention, health and safety, and risk analysis.

About the Team:

Our theatre department has 4 theatres, facilitating a range of surgical specialties, including orthopaedics, general surgery, men's and women's health, children's services, and cosmetic surgery.

Our hospital consists of 42 inpatient and day case bedrooms, 25 consultation rooms, four operating theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, and a full diagnostic imaging suite.

Requirements:
  • Registered with a relevant governing body
  • Specialist training in nursing or a related field
  • Postgraduate courses in a relevant field
  • Senior level experience in a theatre setting
  • Professional management qualification
