Job Title: Head Bartender

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Bartender to join our dynamic team in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Bars Manager and other Head Bartenders in all aspects of bar preparation and service.
  • Support junior bartenders and barbacks in their development of bar operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and conditions of the bar areas over four floors.
  • Follow all health and safety policies in relation to manual handling and security procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Impeccable appearance of personal grooming.
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Proficient in English language.
