We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our nursing home team.

Located in the South West region
Salary £50k + bonus
About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. You will lead a team of experienced care professionals and be accountable for the overall performance of the home.
Key Responsibilities
• Qualifications: Registered Manager with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
• Proven managerial experience in domiciliary care services
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in the domiciliary care sector
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage teams and cultivate a positive work environment
• Financial acumen for effective resource management
• In-depth knowledge of home care services for vulnerable adults
