Senior Air Charter Broker

We're expanding our team at Equinox Charter and looking for a seasoned Senior Air Charter Broker to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Charter Operations team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound charter enquiries, sourcing aircraft, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client charters from wheels up to wheels down, working closely with our Charter Ops team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, building relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client service, working weekends and out-of-hours as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic and positive mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven sales acumen and experience in aircraft charter.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Location:

This is a work-from-home position, with occasional travel to meet the team and attend networking events.

Holiday:

25 days plus UK bank holidays.
