Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager to join our team at SSP Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence in our airport locations.

About the Role:

  • Lead by Example: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be a role model for our team, demonstrating high standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and colleagues.
  • Team Development: You will mentor and train our team to grow and excel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Focus: You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our restaurants.
  • Operational Excellence: You will work closely with our General Manager to drive operational excellence, ensuring that our restaurants are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: You will be adaptable and resilient in any situation, able to think on your feet and make decisions quickly.
