About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Analyst to join our Menswear Merchandising team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and automating key reports to streamline the Trading, Buying, and Planning processes for the department.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize reporting and provide key insights to support decision making, as well as manage data streams and the maintenance of databases within REISS systems.
- Set up and maintain key reports for Product Merchandising and other product teams, including Department trade and Product Attribute reports, Buy selection packs, WSSIs, and Lineflows.
- Provide insights from the reports to help drive better trading and buying decisions for the team and work cross-departmentally to ensure data entry is standardized, accurate, and maintained.
- Work with Production, Shipping Partners, and Product Merchandisers to deliver weekly product launch targets, on-time/early delivery, and shipment method analysis. Collaborate with the Production team to provide regular updates on the bought-to-date position for the Division.
- Work closely with the Womenswear Analyst to ensure standardization across the Divisions.
- Conceptualize new reports, tools, and produce ad-hoc analysis using historical data.
- Liaise with all departments to understand pain points and knowledge gaps in current processes to deliver new dynamic reporting.
