Key Duties:

  • Manage all procurement functions related to the acquisition of goods, materials, and supplies to support the Engineering team's scheduled and urgent requirements, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and compliance with company protocols.
  • Input orders into the MRP system and generate product codes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to enhance lead times and ensure prompt delivery.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) based on confirmed customer requests and internal project timelines.
  • Track PO progress, address any delays, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders and systems.
  • Coordinate with inventory management to maintain sufficient stock levels, ensuring the company can deliver efficient service to its clients.
