Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute field-based demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building awareness, generating pipeline, and accelerating opportunities to achieve ACV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Field-Based Demand Generation Campaigns: Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high-quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing events, digital, outbound sales, and social media.
- Deliver Marketing Initiatives: Seamlessly deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines, and vendor management.
- Track and Report Performance: Track and report on the performance of marketing activities against KPIs and ROI to maximize impact, engagement, and future planning.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with sales leaders and GTM teams to integrate and execute high-performing marketing programs.
- Communicate with Sales Team: Be responsible for communicating marketing activity to the sales team.
- Bring New Ideas: Proactively bring new ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration.
Requirements:
- 4+ Years in Field Marketing: Proven experience in field marketing, with a strong understanding of developing, executing, and measuring campaigns and events.
- Self-Starter: A self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and explore.
- Preferred Experience in B2B Marketing: Preferred experience in B2B marketing, with a solid understanding of developing, executing, and measuring campaigns and events.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, visual, and presentation skills.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven Ability to Thrive in a Matrix Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment.
