Process Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Technician to join our team at Thames Water. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control the water treatment processes to ensure they are operating within specified parameters.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards and reporting any incidents or near-misses.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for process improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemical engineering, process operations) and relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications and Licenses: A valid UK driving license and any relevant certifications or licenses required for the role.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary starting from £24,800 per annum depending on skills and experience.
