About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Inspired Healthcare. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quality care and working closely with the Home Manager.

You will be responsible for taking on leadership duties in the Home Manager's absence and will be expected to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.

This means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking our regulatory compliance. You will set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.

About You

You will need experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Some HR experience would also be beneficial, as well as a strong knowledge of sales and marketing and an understanding of budget management.

You will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
