**Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification and possess an active NMC Pin**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to ensure outstanding patient care.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans and conduct thorough risk assessments, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain precise documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology effectively.
  • Oversee medication management during your shifts, in line with company policies and current legislation.
  • Make timely decisions and take appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to provide support and guidance to team members.
  • Encourage and mentor colleagues in accordance with the NMC Code, ensuring compliance at all times.
