About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Support Manager to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our Facilities Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of projects and change programmes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders in Facilities Services, including coordinating projects, managing data, and preparing reports.
  • Work closely with other agencies and teams to deliver specific projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service redesign management methodologies.
  • Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint to create reports, plans, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Degree or qualification to an equivalent level.
  • Training and experience relevant to the role to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats.
  • Experience of supporting the management of projects and change programmes.
  • Experience of working with other agencies.
  • Relevant experience in core areas gained through previous employment.
