Project Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Support Manager to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders in Facilities services, working across multiple teams to deliver specific projects as defined by the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders in Facilities services, including managing large amounts of data and producing qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Work across multiple teams to deliver specific projects, managing budgets and resources as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues as required, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats.
- Degree or qualification to an equivalent level, with training and experience relevant to the role to post graduate diploma level or equivalent.
- Experience of supporting the management of projects and change programmes, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Ability to meet the travel requirements of the role, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
