Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to engage with their interests, maintain their skills, and receive personalized, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care, adhering to legislation, best practices, and our policies and procedures.
  • Enable individuals to engage with their interests, maintain their skills, and receive personalized, person-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within the local community.
  • Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information that supports our people and ensures the delivery of effective support.
  • Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes you observe in the needs of the individuals we support, contributing to their continued well-being.
  • Safeguard the welfare of those in our care, actively promoting and maintaining their safety.
  • Help individuals maintain and develop relationships with family, friends, and other people important in their life.
Requirements:
  • Drivers preferred, but not essential.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • References.
  • ID & Address check.
