About the Role

We are looking for a bright and outgoing lawyer to work on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure. As a member of the team, you will provide strategic legal support to stakeholders, working independently to resolve legal complexities and deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage on commercial projects across technology infrastructure, working with stakeholders and teams including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital.
  • Work on initiatives for wholesale supply of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise users, corporate, commercial, and finance arrangements, as well as managing contracts in life.
  • Provide strategic legal support to stakeholders, using an innovative and pragmatic view to resolve legal complexities.
Requirements
  • UK Qualified Lawyer/Solicitor with a minimum of 6-8 years PQE and legal training and experience in a major law firm.
  • Broad commercial/technology experience with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Constructive and consultative team player with good communication skills and the ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels.
