About the Role
CrossReach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at the Highland Residential Recovery Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing crucial support to individuals in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to residents, helping them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, recognizing their unique needs and circumstances.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to address the complex needs of residents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans, ensuring they meet the needs of residents.
Requirements
- Hold an SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Have a deep understanding of the recovery process and the needs of individuals in recovery.
- Be able to work within a Christian ethos and respect the values and principles of CrossReach.
- Be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and meet the standards and criteria for registration.
- Be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undergo the necessary vetting checks.
