Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Financial Performance: Collaborate with the Account Director and Financial Business Partner to achieve financial targets for the contract.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with client stakeholders across locations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all 11 contractual KPIs.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage Resident Engineers and Subcontractors in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Training and Development: Provide training and corporate briefings to team members.
  • Risk Management: Work with the Technical Manager to identify and mitigate risks related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
  • Audit and Compliance: Review monthly audit checks to ensure legislative compliance within the scope of service delivery streams.
  • Critical Infrastructure: Collaborate with the Critical Infrastructure Manager to ensure effective maintenance and compliance of critical areas.
  • Project Management: Work with on-site teams to plan, implement, and monitor standards of all works related to the PPM schedule and reactive works.
  • Asset Management: Collaborate with operational and support teams to ensure accurate logging and recording of completion times for planned, corrective, and reactive works in the company's asset management system Planon Universe.
  • Procedure Development: Establish, operate, and maintain procedures for effective planning, organization, control, monitoring, and review of services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background: A technical background is essential.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage a large, diverse team.
  • Crisis Management: Ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances and troubleshoot issues.
  • Client Relationship Building: Proven experience of building strong relationships with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook, and experience of using a CAFM system.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good experience and track record in working in a Critical M&E Environment and good knowledge of building services and legislation.
