Job Summary:
- Manage a diverse range of litigation cases within commercial, civil and property.
- Assist the senior partner in overseeing case administration and preparation.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and represent at court hearings.
- Communicate efficiently with clients, legal counsel, and involved parties.
- Keep abreast of current laws and procedures related to the cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of litigation cases, including commercial, civil and property matters.
- Assist the senior partner in overseeing case administration and preparation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft high-quality documents, and represent clients at court hearings.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, legal counsel, and other involved parties, ensuring clear understanding of case progress and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with current laws and procedures related to the cases, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- CILEx qualified.
- Proven experience in handling a variety of litigation cases.
- Ability to assist senior partner in overseeing case organisation and preparation, particularly for early PQE candidates.
- Excellent research and drafting skills, with ability to represent clients at court hearings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, legal counsel, and other involved parties.
- Ability to stay informed about current laws and protocols relevant to the cases being managed.
