Join Our Team as a Strategy Director

We're seeking a Strategy Director with a passion for uncovering cultural, consumer, and content insights and communicating them in an inspirational way to sell brave ideas to a wide range of clients looking to engage consumers via their passion for football. You will be expected to be comfortable dealing with senior client contacts and collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders in multiple global locations within our own business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Clarify briefs and commercial challenges
  • Support local and global sales teams on proposals and guide them to improve the overall quality of our commercial proposal output
  • Identify, validate, and communicate a strategic solution to a commercial, brand, or audience brief
  • Brief, inspire, and feedback to creative and editorial teams
  • Evaluate concepts and creative work against the original strategy
  • Craft content strategies that get the best out of social and digital platforms, delivering measurable results
  • Use your ability to clearly communicate, collaborate, and persuade to drive projects through to successful conclusions
Requirements
  • Experience working in a media, sports marketing, agency, or brand strategy role
  • Demonstrable cultural and/or creative strategy expertise
  • Experience in developing strategic & creative media-led campaign proposals that deliver on marketing goals either at an agency, client, or media owner
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and the changing landscape of sports content consumption
  • The ability to combine creativity with consideration of performance metrics
  • Understanding of the needs of brands, media, rights-holders, and talent
