Job Summary

Zoetis, the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of animal pharmaceuticals, is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Support Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Team Leader in ensuring adherence to the multi-dose production schedule and maintaining area compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Oversee delegation of tasks and duties for other technicians in the production area.
  • Participate in special projects, assist with interviewing new applicants, present safety training, train and sign off new technicians, and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with inventory management team and interact with vendors as required.
Requirements
  • Two years science degree or equivalent.
  • Four years relevant experience (Capping, Filling, Lyophilization).
  • Working knowledge of industrial biology, industrial microbiology, or industrial chemistry.
  • Working knowledge of computers and mechanical skills (troubleshooting).
  • Expertise in aseptic technique and working knowledge of USDA, European, and GMP requirements.
Working Conditions

The Manufacturing Support Coordinator will work in a fast-paced production environment with frequent exposure to heavy items, cleaning agents/chemicals, and extreme temperature variations. PPE will be required in certain situations.
