Trainee Mortgage Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking inbound calls, and completing applications with new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience
  • Take new customers through a detailed application process, including affordability checks and personal details
  • Attend regular training sessions to become familiar with company processes, lenders, products, and business partners
  • Work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly targets
  • Develop a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and become fully CeMAP qualified
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service
  • Financial services experience is beneficial, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and motivated individual with a desire to learn and progress in their career
