Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to work with a leading estate agency that offers a transparent progression structure and real monetary value?

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional client service and help individuals find the right mortgage solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with estate agency colleagues to maximise mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
  • Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
  • Work with and provide feedback to the residential team in respect of progress to leads provided.
Requirements:
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Numerate and detail-conscious.
