Job Duties
The Neuropsychology Clinical Specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough neuropsychological evaluations and cognitive rehabilitation.
- Managing challenging behaviors and providing evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Supporting patients, families, and groups through the rehabilitation process.

What You Will Do
- Ensure the safety and rights of individuals in care.
- Deliver psychological services as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to service enhancements.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and assist in diagnosis and rehabilitation planning.
- Implement evidence-based psychological treatments, including cognitive and mood therapies.
- Design and execute individualized behavior modification strategies using a Positive Behavior Support framework.
- Act as a key therapist to coordinate and manage therapeutic programs aimed at achieving rehabilitation goals.
- Educate families and caregivers about brain injury and its implications.
- Participate in relevant meetings, patient reviews, and discharge planning.
- Maintain compliance with professional guidelines and company policies.
- Document clinical notes and reports accurately and promptly.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training for the multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in ongoing professional development in line with regulatory standards.
