Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve their goals
  • Monitor and assess individual performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
  • A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
