We are excited to announce a new opportunity within Jointing Tech, a segment of the Wolseley Group, for a Branch Operations Leader to oversee our Norton Canes location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the strategic direction for the branch, ensuring coherence across various specializations.
  • Establish a motivating and clear vision for the branch team, focusing on enhancing customer service and optimizing the overall customer journey.
  • Ensure the branch meets all performance indicators, including sales targets, profit margins, cost management, working capital, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes that empower staff to achieve and surpass their objectives.
  • Inspire and lead the branch team, fostering a culture of innovation in delivering solutions to our clients.
  • Build and sustain excellent relationships within Jointing Tech and the broader Wolseley network, including suppliers and external stakeholders, while proactively pursuing business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a branch or store with a substantial team.
  • Strong industry knowledge is highly desirable, with experience in the specialist electrical distribution sector being advantageous.
  • Essential skills include the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team to achieve KPIs.
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
